- Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
- Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
- For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Phenomenal. I’m visiting from the Midwest. Got crab Rangoon. Avocado salad. Caterpillar roll. spicy tuna. And house mei fun. The wraps for the crab Rangoon ruin one of the best Rangoon fillings I’ve ever tasted. So well flavored. But the wrappers are hard and stale tasting I still enjoyed the filling. The sushi was amazing. The avocado salad I couldn’t get enough of. The rolls were soo good maybe among the best I’ve ever had. I was the GM of a sushi restaurant for years so I know good sushi. The mei fun was decent.

Fantastic sushi! Highly recommend. I ordered the sushi and sashimi combo, szechuan dumplings, and hunan pork. The sushi is fresh, very precisely made, and beautifully arranged. Great sushi portions for the price. The wontons are delicious, I think they were filled with beef. The hunan beef was very tender and nice as well, with lots of veggies.

The food was plenty and was delicious. You get seated right away and food comes fast and fresh. The staff is attentive and very welcoming. We have returned several times in the past few months to try different dishes due to the excellent service.

Good Asian Fusion food! Eat in or take out. Have had the salmon roll and the sesame chicken lunch and dinner entree. Both came with fried rice and egg roll. The wonton soup was pretty good. When busy the food is okay. Friendly staff. Have returned 8 times. Good sushi. No hot tea for some reason.

We have been using BCS (Best Choice Sushi) for many years. 99% of the time, we order sushi or rolls. The food quality is consistently good, and the freshness never was an issue. Best Choice offers the most budget-friendly pricing. The service is good, and unless you are there on a Friday night, the waiting time (after you place your order) is basically non-existent. There is a small dine-in area, but the majority of customers choose the pick-up option. The restaurant also delivers, by its own drivers or through delivery apps, such as GrubHub. The parking is available in the back. However, be prepared to look for double parking during the peak hours.
